Making workplace communication work better for everyone

I’m the author of the upcoming book Overloaded, a TEDx speaker and the CEO and co-founder of leading communications agency, Something Big.

With over 30 years’ experience, I’ve worked with more than 200 organisations – including some of the world’s largest companies and highest-ranked workplaces – helping them transform the way they communicate.

I’m passionate about making communication more intentional and inclusive. For me, it’s the key to reducing noise, unlocking performance and building fairer, healthier and happier workplaces.

My work brings together industry expertise, behavioural science and real-world experience – helping leaders communicate in ways that really change how work gets done.
